Background:
Before recently joining the Nidaros Elite, Wilhelm
was merely an orphaned child, working in a Tavern
in the poorer regions of the city. His shapeshifting
abilities impressed General Cenoura, and he is now
the Elite's youngest recruit. He quickly became a
close friend of Makani, and they do nearly all their
missions together.
